  1. Clean and wash the meat. Cut the meat pieces into thin slices (1 cm think only).
  2. Crush the fried onions using your hand and add to the meat.
  3. Now add raw papaya paste, ginger paste, garlic paste and lemon juice.
  4. Add dry spices like salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
  5. Mix using a spoon or fork, place the marinated mutton pieces on skewers in a zig zag manner. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Now, heat oil in a frying pan or a grill pan. Place the skewers on medium flame and cook for around 8-10 minutes or until well done.
  7. Keep flipping it, till it gets cooked on all the sides and serve it immediately with chutney of your choice.
  8. Enjoy!
