Description

Indulge in the succulent goodness of Malai Mutton Kebabs, a delectable fusion of tender mutton marinated in creamy goodness and aromatic spices. Perfect for grilling or barbecuing, these kebabs are sure to satisfy your cravings for rich and flavorful meat delights.

Ingredients
  • 500 gms grmas Mutton boneless (cut into very thin ribbon style strips)
  • 2 tbsp Fried onions
  • 2 tbsp Raw papaya paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 3/4 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin powder
  • Skewers
  • Oil as needed
Instructions

    Clean and wash the meat. Cut the meat pieces into thin slices (1 cm think only).

    Crush the fried onions using your hand and add to the meat.

    Now add raw papaya paste, ginger paste, garlic paste and lemon juice.

    Add dry spices like salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.

    Mix using a spoon or fork, place the marinated mutton pieces on skewers in a zig zag manner. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Now, heat oil in a frying pan or a grill pan. Place the skewers on medium flame and cook for around 8-10 minutes or until well done.

    Keep flipping it, till it gets cooked on all the sides and serve it immediately with chutney of your choice.
